It’s located in the rural area of San Rafael de Sa Creu, just a few minutes from the city.

The finca has a plot of 13,000 m2, where the main house is located on two levels. There are also beautiful wooden cabins in the forest, which are very cosy and can accommodate up to 8 people in complete privacy. The finca has a rental license for tourists.

At the entrance of the main house we find a beautiful porch and the amazing restoration work of these 16th century doors and the facade full of colour by the flowers and plants, the perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise of the day. It has a rain collection system and a covered water tank.

When you enter the house, you’ll find the first living room with 2 different rooms and beautiful high ceilings with wooden beams. To the left is the second independent room with high ceilings and a dining room, a very cosy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Going back to the main room, you’ll find another room that is also completely independent and can be used as a living room, office, etc. There are also 3 very spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a large bathroom with double sink and bath.

Upstairs there is an open space that can be used, for example, as a bookstore, with space to relax and read, paint, study, etc., as well as the beautiful master suite with private balcony, huge built-in wardrobes and a full bathroom with bath.

Features such as thick walls, high ceilings, doors and windows with climate glass have kept concerts here and the acoustics are exceptional.

If you enter the house from the outside, you can enjoy the beautiful corners where you can sit in the shade. We move to the back of the house where there are several porches full of flowers and plants. A nice outdoor space where you can barbecue and prepare meals.

The sunny pool is open and surrounded by a forest with complete privacy. From the pool you can walk through the forest to two wooden houses, one of which has a living-dining room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one single bed and a complete bathroom with shower; there is also another wooden house with a complete bathroom with shower and a third wooden house completely separated from these two houses.

There is also a large parking area for a caravan, another wooden house used as a workshop and barn for firewood, a huge orchard where you can plant seeds, an area for animals to gather mushrooms and asparagus and plenty of outdoor space for endless possibilities!!!!
