IPM is a family-run company. We are Steve and Sadie Mills, husband & wife, and between us, we have a combined 30 years of experience living and working on this beautiful island.
We started by cleaning properties and branched out in recent years to cover all aspects of property care. Over those years, we have built up a reputation of being a very professional and reliable company, and have many satisfied customers. We specialise in maintaining homes and Ibiza holiday villas, large and small, all over the island.
We aim to provide our non-resident property owners with some peace of mind by looking after their holiday homes as they would themselves.
We offer an on-call contact service to assist you and your guests, whatever the eventuality. Our friendly, bilingual, experienced team is always ready and willing to help.
